SBA 7a Financing
    • Loans for the purchase, construction, tenant improvements, equipment and refinance of commercial mortgages
  • • As little as 10% down payment on purchases and up to 80% loan to value financing on all other types of projects
  • • Projects sizes up to $5 million
  • • 25 year fully amortizing loans
  • • Variable interest rate
  • • Must meet SBA eligible lending criteria

SBA 504 Financing
  • • Financing for the purchase and possible refinance of commercial mortgages
  • • Projects sizes up to $10 million
  • • As little as 10% down payment (up to 90% combined loan to value financing)
  • • 25 year fully amortizing loans
  • • Fixed and variable interest rate options
  • • Must meet SBA eligible lending criteria
Conventional – Owner Occupied
  • • Financing for purchase, tenant improvements and refinance of commercial mortgage
  • • Loan amounts up to $5 million
  • • Up to 75% loan to value financing
  • • Up to 25 year fully amortizing loans
  • • Fixed and variable rate options
  • • Competitive interest rates
Investment Financing
  • • Loans for purchase, tenant improvements and refinance of commercial mortgages
  • • Up to 75% loan to value financing
  • • Project sizes up to $15 million
